I recently fell for the 'Coach' factory outlet website. I did recieve the bag, but it was not only a cheap knockoff, but the wrong color! After several emails they wanted me to send them a picture and after determining if it was the wrong color(duh)they would refund $20!!!
WHAT!!! It was sent from China, no paperwork in the package either.
Want a total refund, probably will never hear from them again. I would like to get the word out about this website. It truly was too good of a deal to be true
