Upon recieving my bag, which was the wrong color and obviously a cheap knockoff, I tried contacting the ***hserviceonline@hotmail.com ( should have been another clue this was not legit) They replied that I needed to send a picture so they could make sure it wasn't white and that they would refund me $20.WHAT!!! I wanted to return and have a refund.
They are in China so the prospect of any return/refund is probably not going to happen.
