It's being sold as "My Hair Design" or "MHD" and looks nearly identical to the Chi original straightener. Flip the logo upside down and it is almost exactly the Chi logo.

I had purchased this on Amazon as a reviewer and got it for a ridiculous discount in exchange for an honest review.

When I called them out on the infringement issues and subpar quality, seller said that if I took down my review that they'd give me a partial refund.
