There are multiple counterfeit Chi products at TJ Maxx. My wife saw one there thinking it was authentic and after one use she could tell it wasn't authentic. Upon looking at this website, the straightener she purchased had all of the real qualities except for the plug. After returning it, I went to the section it was located and found at least 5 other counterfeit Chi products.
