I bought a bag online from fashion***canada.com I received it and feel that it is a fake.The quality is not there,and the zipper doesn't do up smoothly.I didn't even receive the purse I ordered and the company now is saying that the style has changed.I want to send it back but they wont provide an address and keep offering me a refund of $10,to $15 to keep it.I oredered a cross body purse and it is not a cross body purse.They said it will probably get lost in the mail and a refund will be lost.
