The following is a notification to consumers and retailers that the Immersion Heaters identified below bear counterfeit UL Marks for the United States.
The Immersion Heaters have not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate Standards for Safety and it is unknown if these Immersion Heaters comply with any safety requirements.

Manufacturer: Tempora Heating Elements Inc. 6200A Notre-Dame O. Montreal, QC, Canada H4C 1V4
Identification: The products bear a counterfeit UL Mark and the following: (Note that P/N TMP-IMM-1776 is rated 3KW or 6KW and P/N TMP-IMM-2479 is rated 9KW.)
