This notice ONLY concerns products purchased through Amazon.com. It DOES NOT concern any InStylers purchased directly from Tre Milano (either through the InStyler.com website or by telephone), nor does it concern any InStylers purchased through any authorized retailer.
Tre Milano alleges that many of the InStyler rotating irons sold via the Amazon.com website have been counterfeit. If you placed an order for an InStyler Rotating Iron through the Amazon.com website, please read the information on the website listed below and the instructions below to test if your InStyler could be a counterfeit. The attorney representing the maker of the straightener, Tom Peistrup, alleges more than 20,000 knockoffs have been sold through Amazon.

The Tre Milano website will allow you to determine whether there is a high probability that you received a counterfeit InStyler. However, a conclusive determination can only be made by Tre Milano.
