Counterfeits are now being reported on the internet. Here are a few tips to identify the real product.
The counterfeit and real product may look almost identical, but there are subtle visual differences, and significant quality differences.
The Viva La Couture signature emblem plate on the front should be secure, with no observable glue on the edges or visible from the rear.
The emblem is metal NOT plastic.
Authentic Viva La Juicy will have a sticker on the bottom "VIVA LA JUICY" with the correct manufacturers address -- New York, NY 10018

Contrary to some incorrect web reports, Juicy Couture has confirmed that authentic Viva La Juicy packaging may display the contents as:
"3.4 FL OZ 100ml e" or "100ml 3.4 FL OZ"
An ID number on the bottom of the box will allow Juicy Couture to authenticate the box, but not necessarily the contents.
Dishonest sellers will use authentic boxes, (advertised as an "open box" sale) with counterfeit contents.
