The following product safety recall was voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC.
The recall involves 2 foot, three outlet power cords. The power cord is orange in color and packaged in a counterfeit yellow and green cardboard sleeve. The packaging indicates the power cord is a "12 Gauge Extra Heavy Duty" type. Model number T-4145 is printed in front and back of the packaging, which is indicated in the picture below.
This product was sold by: ebay.com nationwide from November 2006 through April 2008 for between $2 and $5.
Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.
