Ebay. came in plain white box. no authenticity code.

will authentic Philips bulbs EVER come in such packaging from a wholesaler?
Awaiting a response from seller, but they "are away from the office" until 10/31.
Bulbs will turn off randomly. if i turn off and on again, they go on....only to randomly turn off again at some point.
