I purchased the beats by dre 6/18/16 from Amazon prime. I noticed the last few weeks that the remote to skip/pause and the volume buttons stop working every time I use them in my iPhone 6 Plus. I contacted Apple today and gave them the serial number and it doesn't come up in their system. Also the seller on Amazon DigiBox is not an authorized retailer per Apple/BeatsbyDre therefore they can't do anything even thought it is supposed to be under a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
