Led strips being sold by many sellers have listings that say they use 3M tape or imply it by showing 3M tape in a photo.

I have ordered from the following 2 sellers

This seller does not say its 3M tape but has a photo in the listing that clearly shows 3M tape and in multiple emails the seller stated product is a pictured. Product arrived with QM tape.
