ebay user yhch2015 sold me a Hoya 43mm CIL-PL filter that wasnt CIR-PL at all. It was a simple dark piece of glass and had no CIR-PL effect at all. I compared with other CIR-PL filters that work, and against both LCD screens and polarized sun glasses. This one simply didnt work.
