Not sure what the law is, but there are SO many fakes being sold. They don't usually SAY they are the real deal, but they are for sure counterfeit or knock-offs. There have been instances where they WERE listed as the real deal. I did not buy one, but just like to help other manufacturers. I've been in retail myself before.
