I received a set of these DvDs on eBay. Some of the workouts would not play and my DvD player would give me an error, even though they were brand new. I purchased it much cheaper than on Beachbody (only $32). When I confronted the seller, who had been selling lots of the same DvD for a low price, he immediately gave me a full refund no questions asked.
