Purchased bag via Jomashop - bag looks legit, but is missing a strap on the buckle. I've never shopped with Jomashop before, but they offer a return policy, so i thought i would try it out. After contacting them, they gave me some weird replies that made me feel uncomfortable. Can you help me figure out if it is right?
