I called the number that was on my credit card statement and the person stated they were located in London, England.I believe they are fake because there are no notches between the pipettes. I ordered these items from ECSBUDGET***ARE.COM Phone # 888-400-8410.I get a strong feeling not to use these products on my pets. I paid $34.18 for both packages.
