I ordered a Michael Kors handbag believing it to be a purchase from an outlet. However, the order was never acknowledged so I sent a message through the website contact to cancel the order. I continued to follow the order and it remained as pending but my credit card was charged. I notified my credit card company and found another email address and again requested cancellation.
