Not sure where the pop-up came from, was not ebay or Amazon. The website is

It is disguised to be an official Bayer site. When an order is placed the receipt sent is obviously not from Bayer . Their email address is notwhoyou@outlook.com that was sent to me on the receipt. They would not refund my money so I notified PayPal and received a credit. They are advertising it as a “seasonal special”
