minifigures are LEGO 3D trademarks. Although these didn't claim to be LEGO, the fact that they make the knock-off figures shapes exactly the same as those genuine ones from LEGO is confusing to unsuspecting consumers. This is definitely a 3D trademark infringement on the LEGO minifigures.
