2. Incorrectly made: Battery not rechargeable, no mini-usb power port, no "fuel gauge" LEDs for battery health, no LED indicators for Blue Tooth
3. Price I paid was too low: $80
4. Purchased through NewEgg.com which is not authorized to sell Dr Dre products. NewEgg would not help me but told me to contact the seller.
