I bought a Hello Kitty cross body bag last month at Independence Center. The zipper was stuck in the middle after just one week. I went back to the store, the owner refused to refund. She insisted that I broke the Zipper. I suspect that they are selling fake Hello Kitty bags with cheap quality.

They have two carts in the main entrance of Independence center. I know Janet, the owner, she has been selling a lot of Hello Kitty bags for many years.
