Product Information:

Popular Disney collectibles, products, DVDs and even the theme park tickets are popular targets for counterfeiters. Disney experiences a landslide of counterfeit products on eBay, Craig's List, swap meet vendors and China websites.

Counterfeit products manufactured in mainland China have flooded the markets in Hong Kong, Europe and the US. Despite the counterfeit products' inferior quality, customers say they are drawn by the bargain prices of the cheap fakes over the authentic licensed Disney items.

Disney recognizes the problem is broad and everywhere, from their DVD business to packaged goods, consumer products and everything in between.
