Malwarebytes has confirmed that authorization keys obtained or distributed from eBay or other online sources without an authentic Malwarebytes CD disc and Malwarebytes packaging are counterfeit.
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is a computer application that claims to find and remove malware. Made by Malwarebytes Corporation, it was released in January 2008. Malwarebytes is available in a free version, to scan for and remove malware when started manually, and a paid version, which provides scheduled scans, real-time protection and a flash memory scanner.
